My family's stay in the hotel apartment was extremely disappointing. The apartment was not cleaned during our entire 9-night stay, and the only cleaning tool available was a dirty broom. The condition of the apartment was appalling, dirty dishes, severe noise from the parking garage, and significant moisture problems resulting in mold throughout.

The location is fantastic, just steps from

major attractions and dining options. The room was cozy and clean, but the lack of soundproofing made it hard to sleep at times. I especially appreciated the friendly staff who went out of their way to assist me during my stay.

I had a fantastic stay! The breakfast was delicious and had so many options. Also, the room was incredibly spacious and clean. I loved the friendly service—they even helped me with my early breakfast request!

The room was large and had good towels. it was real nice being able to enjoy hot water every morning. Plus, just a short walk to Park Kennedy made it easy to explore the area without hassle.

However, the place feels outdated, with rooms needing fresh paint and significant upgrades. Daily breakfasts lacked variety, and the shower sometimes had a disagreeable odor. The windows in some rooms overlook walls, leaving little in the way of a view, which may not appeal to those looking for a more scenic experience.
